About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with educators, families, and various professionals to ensure students receive the necessary services for academic and social success. Your work is crucial in enhancing communication development and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, social cognition, and assistive technology needs of students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists, and support staff regarding student needs and services.
• Transform educational practices through innovative therapeutic activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
• Serve as a positive role model for students and colleagues.

Requirements

• Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License – Speech Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Mac and PC platforms and educational technology tools.
