Educational Assistant I

About the Role

The Educational Assistant I supports teachers by managing instructional materials and helping students with academic assignments. This position also involves monitoring student behavior in various educational settings to ensure a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Report observations and incidents relating to specific students.
• Perform general clerical tasks for the purpose of assisting teachers.
• Monitor individual and/or groups of students in a variety of settings.
• Maintain instructional materials and/or manual and electronic files.
• Assist teachers with classroom assignments.
• Administer minor first aid for the purpose of meeting immediate health care needs.

Requirements

• First Aid & CPR Certification - Colorado
• High School or Equivalent (Required)
