About the Role

The Cook prepares and cooks a variety of hot and/or cold food items for meal service. The role involves maintaining a clean workstation, adhering to sanitation practices, and providing high-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks a variety of hot and/or cold food items for meal service.
• Rotates perishable food items and checks food temperatures.
• May work at a station in the café serving customers.
• Provides a high level of customer service to team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains a clean workstation and equipment.
• Assists fellow team members as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three years of relevant work experience in lieu of a high school diploma.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
