Concession Manager - District Stadiums

About the Role

As a Concession Manager, you will manage volunteer staffing at high school sporting events and ensure the concession stands operate smoothly. You will also handle inventory, deposits, and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage concessions at all high school sporting and band events.
• Assist volunteers in proper usage of equipment and food prep.
• Stock stands for events and ensure they are in working order.
• Deposit sales funds after each game.
• Coordinate health inspections and troubleshoot as needed.
• Clean and close concession stands at the end of the season.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience managing inventory.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
