Custodian - Level 2

About the Role

The Custodian - Level 2 will oversee custodial operations at multiple sites, ensuring effective service delivery in the absence of the Group Leader. This role requires strong leadership skills and dedication to maintaining a clean and safe environment for the community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate substitute coverage for absences in the Feeder Group area.
• Monitor Contracted and district personnel.
• Submit accurate and necessary work orders.
• Respond to all calls from staff in the absence of Group Leader.
• Monitor supplies and budget for feeder area.
• Complete inspections and reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent education.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.
• Experience in custodial services is preferred.
