HS Girls Soccer Coach

About the Role

This is a first year program entering CHSAA with the goal of varsity level play. The role includes teaching soccer fundamentals and game strategy while promoting teamwork and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement soccer training programs for high school students.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills and game strategy.
• Prepare the team for competitions with practice plans and set plays.
• Evaluate player skills for fair position placement.
• Complete necessary training per CHSAA policies.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• First Aid/CPR Certification - Colorado preferred
• Soccer D License or higher preferred
• Previous soccer coaching or youth sports experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules and equipment management
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff.
