About the Role

The Substitute - Program Aide - BASE assists Program Leaders in engaging children in activities that promote learning and self-worth. This role ensures children's safety and well-being while fostering positive relationships and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement program activities that provide children with opportunities to learn and develop skills.
• Build healthy relationships with children by engaging with them positively.
• Ensure the safety of children through supervision and guidance.
• Utilize positive techniques to support and guide behavior among children.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• First Aid & CPR Certification - American Heart Association
• High School or Equivalent (Required)
