About the Role

The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. This role involves administering medications, educating patients, and collaborating with medical staff to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• 1+ years of experience in an acute care hospital setting (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
