Recreation Facilities Customer Service Lead

About the Role

Provides direction to Recreation Facilities Customer Service Attendants, completes opening and closing procedures, greets patrons, responds to concerns, processes facility-attendance/registration/point-of-sale transactions, and serves as the senior staff member on location after operational hours. Must be at least 18; current CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to Recreation Facilities Customer Service Attendants
• Responsible for completing opening and closing procedures for the recreation facilities
• Greets patrons visiting and/or utilizing the recreation facilities
• Answers phone and responds to patron questions and connects customers to appropriate staff
• Maintains and restocks pro-shop inventory as required
• Responds to emergencies located in the recreation facilities while on duty.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High school Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At least one (1) year of customer service experience
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED Certifications or ability to obtain
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
