Part-Time Night PCT

About the Role

In this role, you will deliver quality patient care while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the environment. You will work closely with a registered nurse to assist in various patient care duties and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Documents and reports all procedures in accordance with department policy.

Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
• 1+ applicable PCT experience (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support BLS Certification (Required)
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification (Required)
• Previous bedside patient care experience (Preferred)
