Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician – OBGYN & Ridgegate

About the Role

The position involves working with an integrated behavioral health team dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care. The clinician will lead excellence in clinical practice and build strong clinician-patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Model and lead excellence in clinical practice.
• Conduct initial intake visits and detailed behavioral health assessments.
• Effectively communicate with a diverse range of patients.
• Assess suicide risk and provide mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• MSW or related field.
• Minimum 2 years direct clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Comfort with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
• Prior training in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
• LCSW or LPC licensed in Colorado.
