Full-time Outpatient Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapy

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluations and re-evaluations of patients, establishing individualized treatment plans, and providing education for patients and caregivers. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.
• Document accurately and timely using measurable and objective terminology.
• Discharge patients when maximum benefit is achieved.
• Oversee the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards through effective time management.

Requirements

• CHT or Hand Therapy experience
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (BLS)
• Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Master's in Occupational Therapy (Preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
