Peak Pizza is a New York-style, fast-casual pizzeria in Suite 660 at the Outlets at Castle Rock (5050 Factory Shops Blvd). Order at the counter: slices from 8 to 10 whole pizzas kept ready, or a whole pie made to order. Takeout too, with online ordering planned. Beyond pizza: roll-ups, strombolis, calzones, salads, pasta and soft-serve ice cream. Beer and wine are planned, pending its liquor license.
About 50 seats and 5 TVs (two in a lounge area), plus 5 to 7 arcade games. Owners Allen and Katie Hoover also run the Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon at the Outlets. Hours are tentative and set by the mall: Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 11am-6pm. They're hiring.
