Doug's Diner at Bucket List Tavern brings Castle Rock a unique two-in-one dining experience at 3982 Limelight Ave. Mornings belong to Doug's—the beloved Colorado breakfast chain known for homemade green and red chile, scratch-made biscuits, and massive smothered burritos. Afternoons and evenings transform into Bucket List Tavern, a full-service bar and grill with wings, burgers, and craft drinks.

Doug's Diner (7AM-2PM): This is the Castle Rock outpost of the award-winning Colorado chain that's been serving "Local. Fresh. Original." breakfast since the 1990s. Everything is made from scratch—the green chile, red chile, country gravy, and those famous griddle biscuits. The menu spans classic American breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes) and New Mexican-style dishes smothered in chile.

Signature Doug's Dishes: The Hillbilly (eggs, browns, biscuit smothered in country gravy) is a legend. The Breakfast Burrito comes smothered in your choice of red and/or green chile. Papa platters pile eggs on mountains of hashbrowns with cheese and chile. The Carne Asada features slow-roasted tri-tip in green chile. For lighter appetites, order "Whimpie" size.

Bucket List Tavern (2PM-Close): When the breakfast crowd clears, Bucket List fires up the fryers. Wings come in 10 sauce options including their signature "Wicked Wuttke" and Devil's Tongue for heat seekers. The Brisket Whisperer sandwich and Hangover Burger (topped with hashbrowns and a sunny-side egg) are local favorites.

The Space: Modern sports bar atmosphere with TVs throughout. Full bar with craft beer, cocktails, and wine. Family-friendly during breakfast hours, transitioning to a livelier bar scene in the evenings.
