The chain announced on Sept. 1, 2026 that it is opening a restaurant at 1185 Aloha Street, in the neighborhood commercial center on the northeast side of Founders Parkway and State Highway 86. Until it opens, the closest Dunkin' is in Parker on East Lincoln Avenue.
It is built to Dunkin's Next Generation design, the format the chain has been rolling out nationally. Per Dunkin', the Castle Rock store will have:
- A tap system for cold drinks — iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew, and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew, which is a Next Gen exclusive
- A dedicated mobile-order pickup area with a digital order status board, for orders placed ahead in the Dunkin' app
- A drive-thru, free Wi-Fi, and a front-facing bakery case
The restaurant is just under 1,600 square feet and will employ about 15 people. It is locally owned and operated by Quality Brand Group, a Dunkin' franchisee network, and will be that group's 18th Dunkin' in Colorado. Soft opening and grand opening dates have not been announced yet.

📍 Where: 1185 Aloha Street, in the Founders Marketplace commercial center on the northeast quadrant of Founders Parkway and State Highway 86, on Castle Rock's east side. The lot is reached from Aloha Street and Aloha Drive.
🏗️ It took almost three years. The Town's Planning Commission reviewed the site plan in December 2023. Quality Brand Group filed on behalf of Dunkin' for a 1,798-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru on a 1.13-acre lot that had never been built on — the last undeveloped piece of a commercial plan the Town zoned back in 1985.
🚗 The drive-thru faces south on purpose. Apartments sit directly north of the lot. After three neighborhood meetings, the plan put the drive-thru on the south side of the building to keep headlights and speaker noise away from them, and added shrubs and trees beyond what the Town required.
