Connor’s Visit (September 2026): “Had an awesome time last night at ClueClock in Castle Pines with some of the DougCo Social squad. This is a great place for family fun, a night out with friends, work parties, you name it! We tried out their new Game Show activity (they also have Escape Rooms). It was a back-and-forth game, but I’m happy to report that my team (the red team?) ended up victorious!” (DougCo Drop, September 3, 2026)

Two different things under one roof: four escape rooms, and — since June 2026 — a live game show.

ClueClock Escape is at 7437 Village Square Dr, Suite A115 in Castle Pines, run by owner-operators Chris and Joanna Walters. Every game is private; "no strangers, ever" is their whole pitch.

The escape rooms. Four of them: Denver Bank Heist, 10 Days In A Mad House (you can start blindfolded and in a straitjacket, optional), Blood Money, and Alien Escape. Sixty minutes, two players minimum, up to seven (six in Alien Escape). $39 per player, $35 for Alien Escape. Arrive 15 minutes early. All four rooms are wheelchair accessible. Note the camera rule: selfies are fine if there's no solvable puzzle in the shot and you tag them, but video inside the rooms isn't allowed.

The game show. ClueClock Gameshow opened June 18, 2026 in its own room — a live host, a lit stage and its own scoreboard. Your group splits into two teams and plays all four games in one hour; you don't pick one. Spin To Win (a big wheel and a word puzzle), Name That Price (match prices to real products on a shelf), Friendly Feud (survey answers, strikes and steals) and Jackpot Falls (a Plinko board that can flip the whole game on the last drop). 8 to 30 players, 60 minutes, $35 per player, private room. It's in the Village Square center off Lagae Road, so it pairs easily with dinner. Castello Italiano and Duke's Steakhouse are in the same center — eat and walk over. Pines Bar and Grill is one parking lot away, so that one needs the car. Castle Pines sits about ten minutes north of Castle Rock and ten minutes south of Lone Tree.

Our visit — the game show, Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026: Eleven of us, split six against five, dinner first at Pines Bar and Grill one parking lot over, then the 8pm show. It runs the full hour and it's genuinely a show — Joanna works the scoreboard and the letters from a desk in the back while a host in a suit runs the floor. The Name That Price shelf holds a tub of Red Vines, a box of Blistex and a coffee mug with handwritten price cards taped underneath, which tells you the tone. Our team started hot, gave away Friendly Feud on three strikes and a steal, went 2 for 6 on prices, lost a head-to-head duel decided by rolling a giant foam die, then came from behind on Jackpot Falls, which finished on one more dice roll.
