When Connor mapped out a weekend showing out-of-town friends the county, the plan started here: “I’ve got Cados breakfast burritos as a must-have.” (Castle Rock Crew, June 9, 2026) A breakfast truck with a regular schedule and a standing spot on the show-people-around-town list — that’s the belt until somebody takes it.

Seasonal wildcard

The $8 handheld burritos with a side of green chile (bean and cheese, chicken, or ground beef) served on the lawn during the summer concert series. A different category — dinner burrito, folding chair, Front Range view — but the green chile earns them a spot on the list.
