Egg Harbor Cafe Is Opening in Highlands Ranch
Highlands Ranch is getting a new breakfast spot. Egg Harbor Cafe, a family-owned chain out of Illinois, is opening its first Colorado location at 9579 S University Blvd in Highlands Ranch.
The grand opening is scheduled for March 13th and 14th, 2026.
About Egg Harbor Cafe
Egg Harbor Cafe has been around since 1985, when founders Jack, Aimee, and Mike opened the first location in Hinsdale, Illinois. The brand is now in its third generation of family ownership and operates 27 locations across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Highlands Ranch marks their first expansion into Colorado.
What to Expect
Egg Harbor serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 7 AM to 2 PM. The menu leans toward elevated comfort food — think skillets, benedicts, French toast, and signature dishes made with quality ingredients.
