About Egg Harbor Cafe
Egg Harbor Cafe has been around since 1985, when founders Jack, Aimee, and Mike opened the first location in Hinsdale, Illinois. The brand is now in its third generation of family ownership and operates 27 locations across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Highlands Ranch was Egg Harbor's first Colorado location. A second is now on the way at Belleview Station in southeast Denver (7222 E Layton Ave), near the Denver Tech Center.
