Egg Harbor Cafe has a grand-opening date for its second Colorado location. The family-owned breakfast chain announced on its own Instagram, Facebook and Belleview Station website on Nov. 3 that the Belleview Station cafe in southeast Denver opens Friday, November 6, with doors at 7am and the grand-opening hours running to 2pm. The address is 7222 E Layton Ave, Denver, CO 80237.
Egg Harbor is marking the opening with a giveaway: a limited-edition Belleview Station mug. The rules, straight from Egg Harbor's announcement post — follow @eggharborcafe, share the post to your Instagram story and tag them, and tag a friend for a bonus entry. A winner gets picked at the end of the week and has to pick the mug up in person at the Belleview Station cafe.
Belleview Station is a transit-oriented development at Belleview Avenue and I-25, near the Denver Tech Center and the Belleview RTD light-rail station — a short drive from Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch, though it's in Denver, not Douglas County.
Egg Harbor's second Colorado location
Belleview Station is Egg Harbor's second Colorado cafe, after its Highlands Ranch location — Egg Harbor's own Facebook post called it "the GRAND OPENING of our 2nd location in Colorado." Highlands Ranch opened in March 2026 and is the only Egg Harbor actually inside Douglas County; Belleview Station sits just over the county line in southeast Denver.
Castle Rock could be next
Egg Harbor's Colorado growth may not stop at two. The brand is reportedly eyeing a third location in Castle Rock — near AdventHealth Castle Rock, in The Meadows. Nothing is finalized and there's no timeline yet, but it's a sign Egg Harbor sees room to keep growing across Douglas County, where it got its Colorado start.
About Egg Harbor Cafe
Egg Harbor Cafe has been around since 1985, when founders Jack, Aimee, and Mike opened the first location in Hinsdale, Illinois. It's now in its third generation of family ownership, with locations across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia — and, as of 2026, Colorado.
The menu is breakfast, brunch, and lunch: skillets, benedicts, French toast, sandwiches, and salads, with an extensive gluten-free menu, a full barista bar, and brunch cocktails. The Highlands Ranch location has drawn a strong early reception since opening in March 2026.
