Black Rock Coffee Bar opened its second Highlands Ranch store on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, at 9401 S University Blvd — and if you move quickly, the opening-week deals are still running.
The Oregon-born chain says the store is its 22nd in Colorado, out of more than 200 across seven states. It is also Black Rock's sixth location in Douglas County.
"Each new store gives us the opportunity to become part of a new community, and we're excited to continue growing in Colorado," said CEO Mark Davis in the company's announcement.
