Black Rock Coffee - Parker - Stroh Road

Now open at 6940 Stroh Rd, this is Black Rock Coffee Bar's newest Parker location, at the Parker Road and Stroh Road intersection. It opened Tuesday, June 30, 2026, making it the third Black Rock in Parker and the second to open in town this year (joining the Auburn Hills store that opened in January). Black Rock has earned a devoted following since 2008 for its signature Fuel energy drinks — customizable, colorful beverages offered in more than 20 fruit flavors — plus a strong espresso menu with favorites like the Caramel Blondie, Mexican Mocha, and the Jackhammer (a vanilla mocha with an extra double shot).

Food includes protein-packed Egg Bites and the recently launched Grilled Cheese, and drinks can be boosted with Protein Cold Foam, Protein Boosted Milk, or a Protein Boost. Order in store, at the drive-thru, or online through the Black Rock Rewards app, where every purchase earns "bolts" toward free drinks.

Grand-opening week runs daily specials through July 6: buy-one-get-one drinks (July 1), 50% off a drink with food (July 2), a limited-edition sticker (July 3), an afternoon Summer Bundle (July 4), a free T-shirt (July 5), and $2 off any size drink (July 6).
