Medical Surgical RN Contract Nights | $73.60 HR

About the Role

The Medical Surgical RN will provide nursing care for patients with surgical and medical needs during night shifts. This contract position offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and career development.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking skills appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Conducts thorough, ongoing assessments of patients and analyzes data.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely and timely.
• Collaborates for timely patient placement following hospital policy.
• Participates in peer interviewing and peer review processes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) required.
• Associate's of Nursing required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting required.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).
