About the Role

As a Medical Assistant II, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and supporting patient care. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance with care standards.

Responsibilities

• Delegate duties to office staff and manage operational issues in the clinic.
• Serve as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, resolving issues as needed.
• Conduct training sessions and review patient care protocols.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain high standards of care.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related work experience or completion of AHMG Medical Assistant training.
• Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS) is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification is required.
• Vital signs and body substance isolation knowledge are required.
