About the Role

As a Med/Surg RN at AdventHealth, you will leverage critical thinking skills to assess and care for patients. Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to quality patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, ongoing assessments and develop evidence-based plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
• Collaborate to promote timely patient placement
• Serve as a patient advocate and maintain regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
• Basic computer skills and English fluency
