About the Role

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will assist physicians with examinations and procedures, ensuring quality patient care. Your role includes administering medications, managing supplies, and maintaining open communication to uphold healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and maintain competency through evaluations.
• Audit ordered tests for timely receipt and follow-up.
• Manage nursing supplies and equipment functionality.
• Provide direct patient care and lead front-line staff in daily operations.
• Monitor physician schedules and organize patient care.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 2+ years of related work experience or completion of AHMG Medical Assistant training program.
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification
• Medical Assistant Certification from an approved organization.
