About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a vital role within our nursing team, assisting with patient care and ensuring a welcoming environment. You will help monitor patient conditions and carry out necessary care plans, contributing to the mission of improving lives every day.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort
• Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes and skin protection
• Keeping patient areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Managing supplies and logs to support infection control
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High School Graduate / GED
