Operating Room Nurse Manager

About the Role

As an Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical management and ensure high-quality patient care in an ambulatory surgery center. Your role includes supervising operating room nurses, surgical technicians, and support staff to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all surgical areas of care
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the Administrator
• Ensure operations comply with clinical standards and policies
• Facilitate effective transitions between surgical procedures

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Minimum 1 year experience in an operating room setting
• Active RN license or appropriate compact licensure
• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment
• ACLS and PALS as required by facility
