LPN- Rehab

About the Role

As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse at HCA Healthcare, you’ll help patients regain strength and independence after illness or injury. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care and helping patients on their road to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes
• Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning
• Educating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones
• Working closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians

Requirements

• Current licensure in the State of CO as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• BLS – Healthcare provider certification from AHA or ARC
• IV Certification preferred
• Graduate of a practical or vocational nursing program
• One year's experience in acute care is preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills
