Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch team support as a service
• Exhibit a basic knowledge regarding products and services offered by Forge Trust
• Accurately execute cash or securities transactions across multiple platforms
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client experience and company initiatives
• Support client onboarding, relationship management, and business development to manage and grow relationships with our strategic referrers
• Work collaboratively to deepen client relationships and drive key business results

Requirements

• Ability to independently organize and complete work as assigned
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Problem-solving skills an ability to take initiative and adapt
• Professional, personable, self-motivated, organized, and reliable
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate, proactive, and results-driven
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
