Concrete Superintendent - Rocky Mtn Region 1

About the Role

Kiewit is recruiting Concrete Superintendents to support projects across the Central region of the US starting in 2026. This role leads Kiewit's self-perform concrete operations, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers via the general foreman and foreman
• Serve as liaison between field engineering and craft to ensure compliance of construction drawings
• Coordinate with other superintendents, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure smooth workflow
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties
• Coordinate with suppliers and testing labs and manage equipment
• Ensure compliance with Kiewit safety policies and OSHA standards

Requirements

• 5+ years' concrete supervision experience on heavy civil, industrial or power projects
• Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines and safety regulations
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems and concrete placement
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
