Supervisor Advanced Modality

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence clinical practice, guide a high-performing team, and contribute to the advancement of imaging services within a leading pediatric hospital. The supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for advanced imaging services at the South Campus hospital in Highlands Ranch and two Network of Care imaging locations.

Responsibilities

• Implements annual work plans to achieve goals and performance metrics.
• Participates in leadership activities for department, contributing to the achievement of goals and objectives; evaluates team performance.
• Defines and maintains internal processes for section; supports customer service standards and handles operational and customer service escalations for section.
• Directs day to day technical duties for department, assigns and reviews work, and provides work instruction.
• Participates in developing budget recommendations and in monitoring budget.
• Ensures compliance against federal, state, and local regulations for section.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and completion of an accredited radiography program
• Experience will substitute for education on a year for year basis
• Four (4) years of advanced modality experience
• BLS/CPR, ARRT Registered in CT, MR, and/or IR
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Preference for applicants with CT and/or MRI certifications.
