Senior Quantum Compute Scientist

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the modeling, simulation, and testing of quantum-based algorithms and collaborate with AI/ML teams. Your work will involve writing proposals for research contracts and guiding technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and development on quantum computing technologies.
• Lead the conception and modeling of quantum-based algorithms.
• Collaborate with AI/ML development teams for performance optimization.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and communicate results.
• Write proposals for new research contracts and guide project development.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the physics and mathematics of Quantum Computing.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
• US Citizenship and willingness to obtain security clearance.
