Proposal Writer

About the Role

The Proposal Writer will leverage expertise in federal proposal writing to enhance compliance and strategic messaging. They will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Co-author and lead assigned volumes for RFPs and RFIs.
• Collaborate with capture and business development teams.
• Draft and ensure high-quality strategic messaging deliverables.
• Provide proposal writing trainings to proposal teams.
• Support proposal writing tool and process development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proposal writing experience for federal solicitations.
• Solid understanding of the federal proposal acquisition process.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
