The role focuses on developing, planning, and scheduling compliant proposals in response to solicitations. It involves leading a diverse team to ensure all proposal requirements and deadlines are met while integrating customer values into proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal volume development across various sections.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional proposal personnel.
• Manage proposal schedules and develop supporting artifacts.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate win themes in deliverables.
• Conduct color team reviews and manage feedback disposition.
• Collaborate with Capture and Program Managers throughout the proposal phase.

Requirements

• Experience as a Proposal Manager for large capture efforts.
• Knowledge of competitive proposal processes.
• Ability to manage teams under time pressures.
