Proposal Management Manager

About the Role

The Proposal Management Manager will support Lockheed Martin Space’s proposal efforts, ensuring the timely completion of compliant deliverables. This role entails mentoring proposal teams and fostering collaboration to produce winning proposal products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of proposal professionals.
• Support CE in producing compelling and compliant proposals.
• Model Lockheed Martin’s Full Spectrum Leadership values.
• Manage and coach Proposal Management professionals.
• Monitor employees’ progress against proposal goals.
• Communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 4+ years of proposal management experience.
• Proven success in leading teams of more than 6 members.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
