Dispatcher

About the Role

As an Emergency Dispatcher, you will dispatch both emergency and routine calls for service while providing personalized customer service. You will be a vital part of ensuring safety and security for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Track all pertinent information during your shift
• Monitor the Emergency Call System
• Track status of residents in emergencies
• Monitor the Fire Alarm System
• Dispatch ambulance or emergency services as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in 911 call-taking or Emergency Medical Services preferred
• Ability to maintain composure in emergencies
• Effective communication skills with residents and staff
