About the Role
As an Emergency Dispatcher, you will dispatch both emergency and routine calls for service while providing personalized customer service. You will be a vital part of ensuring safety and security for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Track all pertinent information during your shift
- Monitor the Emergency Call System
- Track status of residents in emergencies
- Monitor the Fire Alarm System
- Dispatch ambulance or emergency services as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in 911 call-taking or Emergency Medical Services preferred
- Ability to maintain composure in emergencies
- Effective communication skills with residents and staff
