About the Role

As an RN in the Operating Room at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital, you deliver direct patient care across the perioperative process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team. You will work in a fast-paced, technology-forward clinical setting and help mentor newer team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile field and uphold safety and quality at the point of care.
• Mentor and model proficiency for newer members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current Colorado RN licensure.
• Six months of OR nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS certification before start date.
