Maintenance Mechanic I

About the Role

You will ensure residents have a comfortable and safe place to call home through your maintenance work. This role involves not only repairs but also contributing to the reputation of our services.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt responses to resident's maintenance work orders
• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and community public areas
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Repair and replace plumbing and lighting fixtures
• Contribute to enhancing the resident living experience
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing and electrical
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
