About the Role

This onsite, full-time emergency department role provides top of scope nursing care on the night shift, up to and including level 1 trauma. Full-time night RNs earn a $1,600 quarterly Night Shift Incentive ($6,400 per year).

Responsibilities

  • Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
  • Delivers emergency department care up to and including level 1 trauma
  • Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective and evidence-based practice
  • Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of nursing experience
  • ENPC or PALS, and TNCC or ATCN within 1 year
  • ACLS and BLS certification
