About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide top of scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process. You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team working towards exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in specialty Acute Care Units
• Utilize the nursing process to ensure effective patient management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes
• Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare employees
• Contribute to maintaining safety and quality at the point of care
• Stay updated with evidence-based practice and nursing standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
• BLS certification from an accredited organization
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
