Rehab Therapy Technician Per Diem

About the Role

Join Wind Crest as a Rehab Therapy Technician II. In this per diem role, you will ensure compliance with resident care policies, assist clinical rehabilitation staff with treatment area preparation and patient transport, maintain rehab equipment, and handle scheduling. Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care policies and procedures are followed in compliance with quality of care standards
• Assist clinical rehabilitation staff with treatment area preparation and resident transport to and from the Rehab department
• Assist with patient treatment under approved supervisory rules and regulations for each discipline
• Maintain cleaning, maintenance, and inventory of all Rehab equipment
• Schedule rehabilitation appointments
• Maintain departmental reports, statistics, billing, and record systems compliant with policy and privacy standards

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience; experience working with geriatrics preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
