Responsibilities

• Produces high quality radiographic images, demonstrating anatomy and pathology.
• Facilitates patient flow, managing urgent and high priority patients.
• Prepares patients for procedures with age-appropriate care.
• Operates all diagnostic imaging equipment according to safety protocols.
• Maintains competency in dose reduction techniques and radiation safety practices.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Radiology program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT(R) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
