Physical Therapist - PRN / Per Diem

About the Role

Wind Crest is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a PRN / per diem role. All residents live within the award-winning campus, so there is no additional travel, and you become part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. You will implement personalized care plans with a holistic approach to physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines
• Provide a holistic approach, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs

Requirements

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
