About the Role
This position is focused on delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient oncology setting. The role involves assessing patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans to support their recovery and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Educate patients and their families about recovery processes.
- Provide direct patient care using various therapeutic techniques.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to maintaining safety and quality at the point of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
- CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Good knowledge of innovative clinical practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
