Physical Therapist Outpatient Oncology

About the Role

This position is focused on delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient oncology setting. The role involves assessing patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans to support their recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes.
• Provide direct patient care using various therapeutic techniques.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to maintaining safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
• Good knowledge of innovative clinical practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
