Responsibilities

• Assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
• Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of team members' performance.
• Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow.
• Takes responsibility for handling complex or novel issues.
• Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Healthcare administration experience preferred.
