Anesthesia Technician Lead

About the Role

This full-time lead role provides advanced knowledge of anesthesia technician responsibilities while mentoring, coaching and evaluating team members. The lead coordinates services, prioritizes assignments and supports departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members' performance
• Serves as a positive role model and promotes teamwork and cooperation
• Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow
• Handles complex or novel issues and guides team members
• Assists with developing, implementing and evaluating departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Anesthesia Technician program preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
• 2 years operating room experience with medical equipment
