Environmental Services (EVS) Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the ATP-GEL process and compliance, reporting inspections to leadership to ensure staff notification and training, if applicable.
• Develops annual goals and objectives for environmental services consistent with the organization's mission and strategic plan.
• Assigns duties to ensure work tasks are accomplished efficiently and that adequate staff and supplies are available for the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to assist in maintaining man-hours and supply costs
• Ability to manage the day activities in supervising staff including training, hiring, terminations, orienting, and evaluating performance
• Knowledge about best environmental practices
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to communicate in English
• Must have the ability to direct subordinates
