Program Leader - BASE

About the Role

The Program Leader - BASE role involves planning and implementing activities for children while ensuring their safety and well-being. The leader communicates with families and engages children in a positive manner to promote a healthy environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds healthy relationships with children by actively engaging with them.
• Ensures active supervision and safety of all children in the program.
• Supports and guides behavior to promote a positive program environment.
• Plans and implements program activities and curriculum.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Demonstrate ability to work with children.
• Must have three (3) months of verified experience in the care and supervision of children over the age of four.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess certifications in First Aid and Universal Precautions Training.
