HVAC Technician / Sr. HVAC Technician

About the Role

The HVAC Technician / Sr. HVAC Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to HVAC systems. Employees in this role are expected to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and carry out repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC equipment failures.
• Perform all HVAC equipment preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs on HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Install HVAC and building automation systems and equipment.
• Monitor building efficiencies, including indoor air quality and energy use.
• Respond to after-hours or emergency calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three years of professional journey-level HVAC experience (Technician) or five years (Senior Technician).
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire.
