About the Role

Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards at the campus. Provides oversight of capital equipment and department construction projects, collaborating with vendor partners to implement new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards at the campus.
• Provides oversight of capital equipment and department construction projects, collaborating with vendor partners to implement new technologies.
• Improves quality by ensuring timely delivery of results and clinical quality measurement of Imaging exams and procedures.
• Develops and implements strategic plans for Imaging operations, including budgets and process improvement activities.
• Manages relationships within the Imaging departments, interdepartmentally, with customers, and medical staff.
• Oversees operational and strategic leadership for the Imaging department across multiple sites.
• Ensures exceptional patient experience in assigned areas, achieving patient experience results.
• Oversees efficiency, effectiveness, and utilization of procedural areas, staff, and equipment.

Requirements

• Associate’s [Required]
• Bachelor’s [Preferred]
• 3+ managing in a procedural and/or clinical setting [Required]
• 5+ managing in a procedural and/or clinical setting [Preferred]
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) [Preferred]
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)[Preferred]
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB)[Preferred]
• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)[Preferred]
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)[Preferred]
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)[Preferred]

Compensation

• Base pay: $119K - $222K/yr
